My name is Troy Donoghue, and I am the owner and operator of Liberty Home Inspections, a professional home inspection company serving clients near Bonner and surrounding areas. I started Liberty Home Inspections in 2014 after more than 14 years working in the maintenance and remodeling field, which gave me a strong foundation for understanding how homes are built, maintained, and repaired.

I am an ASHI Certified Inspector, having graduated from the ASHI School of Home Inspections in 2014. ASHI certification is a recognized benchmark in the industry and requires ongoing education each year, allowing me to stay up to date on new construction techniques and evolving inspection standards. This ensures every property inspection I perform is thorough, current, and accurate. In addition to full home inspection services near Bonner, I am trained in residential radon measurement, sewer inspections, and drone-assisted inspections for safer and more detailed evaluations.

In December of 2024, my family and I relocated to Montana, where I proudly restarted Liberty Home Inspections to continue providing reliable property inspection services in this beautiful state. Beyond my work as a residential inspector, I am also a volunteer firefighter and value giving back to the community I serve.
